Refund & Return Policy

At Legal Freedom, every piece is made with purpose. To maintain quality and fairness for all customers, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Limited releases
  • Exclusive drops
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Accessories (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order has been placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Legal Freedom is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can help file a claim with the carrier.
